Turkey Soup
Today is a great day. Here is my Resipe for Turkey Soup you need
3 potatoes big cut into squares
1 onion
1 celery stock
1 can of corn or fresh corn or frozen corn
1 can of Lima beans or fresh soak for 5 hours
okra 1 can or fresh fry for 10 minuets
1 can of green peas or freash
3 carrots cut in cubes
Ground turkey meat
1 bay leaf
chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper black
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
3 cups of water for stock or 1 can of chicken stock or vegestable stock or 1 cube of vegestable stock or chicken stock
Directions
fry turkey meat with onions,carrots, green peas, potatoes, corn, and lima beans cook for 15 minuets
cook in a big pan with boiling water Lima beans, green beans, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and celery
use chicken stock, vegetables stock, or regular pepper and kosher salt or regular even seasoning salt for seasoning
add the turkey meat with all of the ingredients into the pot after cooking reduce heat for 30 minuets. you can cook it for longer but you need to add water to it wont dry out. i like to cook it for 1 hour at least but it is good after 30 minuets stir the pot every 5 minuets before serving
when done add parsley for topping and then serve.remember you can always substitute the vegetables to your liking for example you can take out beans or okra and add green pepper broccoli and sage. that works great as well.
you have the perfect soup for 130 calories per serving...
